How I work

Good design starts before the first screen.

I like making the messy part clearer: what matters, who it affects, and what we can do with the time and people we have.

01

Understand the whole picture

Listen to users and stakeholders. Look at the product, the context and the real problem behind the request.

02

Make the next move clear

Set priorities around user needs, business goals, available resources and what can be learned next.

03

Bring people into the work

Share the why, brainstorm together, test assumptions and keep reviewing the work as it takes shape.

Design skills

From discovery to delivery.

People, stories and everything between.

From member to club president and area leadership, I learned to listen, delegate, and give people the context they need to do their best work.
