The challenge
Prospective students need clear, trustworthy information before deciding whether to enquire about a course. The experience needs to explain the offer simply while making content easier for the institution to maintain.
How I approached it
Organise course and facility information around the questions students and families are likely to ask. Keep the key details easy to scan and provide a content structure that staff can update.
