The challenge
Make key product tasks easier to understand while keeping the experience consistent across screens.
How I approached it
Map the user journey, identify points of uncertainty and use the interface to make each next step more obvious.
My contribution
- User flows, interaction patterns, wireframes and high-fidelity UI exploration.
Impact and learning
A clearer structure for the core journey. Add product-specific evidence and outcomes here before publishing. A tidy screen is not enough. Each step should answer the user’s next question and help them recover if they change direction.
